Some Club Car models require modifying the golf cart to bypass the On Board Computer (OBC) for the aftermarket charger to function. The models that require this OBC Bypass Modification are the 1995-2010 48V Club Car DS and the 2004-2014 48V Club Car Precedent. The 2015-Present 48V Club Car Precedent models do not require the OBC Bypass Modification.
