If your scooter does not charge, there could be several reasons:

1. The charger is not suitable for your scooter.
2. Due to the limited life of lithium batteries, your battery might be broken if it has been used for more than 12 months or unused for 2-3 months.

If the green light is on when the power is plugged in, but the green light does not turn red after connecting the scooter, it is because the positive and negative (+/-) connectors of the charger do not correspond to the positive and negative (+/-) connectors of your scooter, and there is no power to your scooter. You can try to connect the charger to your scooter from different interfaces.
4. If the green light went out after connecting the scooter, it is because of an internal short circuit in the scooter, which causes the charger's self-protection function to activate. You should check your scooter battery and replace it if necessary.
